GULF NATIONAL DRILLING COMPANY A Division of Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. and a Joint Venture of National Drilling & Services Company L.L.C Oman, believes in the importance of high morale in creating an environment of stability and high productivity. In line with its belief the Company endeavors to apply fair Personnel Policies to all its staff. The Human Resources Department produces Personnel Policies to inform and guide staff in the achievement of the Company’s aim to create loyalty, harmony and cooperation amongst all its staff. All Supervisors shall apply such policies and use their terms and conditions in their dealing with staff. In respect they may always consult the Human Resources department to seek specialist advice in regard to the Personnel Policy.

GNDC & NDSC History

GULF NATIONAL DRILLING COMPANY is a joint venture between Fouad Alghanim & Sons Group of Companies, Kuwait and NDSC (National Drilling Services Company, Oman) an International Drilling Contractor engaged in the drilling of oil & gas wells on contract basis.

GNDC provides Drilling & Maintenance services. GNDC Since 2011 has been driven by growth and Innovation.
GNDC & NDSC Both focuses on quality performance to achieve customer satisfaction.

GNDC is currently a Member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).
NDSC is a land Drilling Contractor with more than 22 years’ experience in Drilling, Workover and Completion Operations.

NDSC is currently a member of the Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL).
NDSC maintains workforce capable of executing the largest turnkey drilling project ever awarded in Oman by PDO during 1991-1993.
NDSC is one of the first Companies to drill horizontal wells under a turnkey contract in Oman (1993).
NDSC has successfully drilled the record breaking longest Horizontal Wells ever drilled in Oman during the Lekhwair “C” Project for PDO (1999).
